Terms of Service

StashDrawer is a personal organization app for saving photos, notes, links, files, contacts and other everyday details, and finding them again later. Features change over time as the product improves.

You need an account to use StashDrawer, and you must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us at support@stashdrawer.com if you think someone else has access to it.

What you stash is yours. You keep ownership of it. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your content, process it so it can be titled, categorized and searched, and show it back to you — and to serve it to anyone you deliberately share a Stash link with.

You’re responsible for having the right to save what you save, and we recommend keeping your own copies of anything irreplaceable.

• Don’t use StashDrawer for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to hold.
• Don’t attempt to access other people’s accounts or Stashes.
• Don’t attack, overload, scrape or interfere with the service.
• Don’t resell the service or use it to distribute malware or abusive material.

StashDrawer™ — the app, its design, brand and software — belongs to QForma LLC. These terms give you permission to use it, not to copy or rebrand it.

• Your first 5 Stash creations are free, for the lifetime of the account. No card is required to start.
• StashDrawer Membership unlocks unlimited Stashing at $2.99 per month or $29 per year. There is no trial.
• Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Stashes you have already created stay available to you whether or not you are a member.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Membership renews automatically — monthly or annually, matching the plan you chose — until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to your payment method on file at the then-current price for your plan. If we change the price of a plan, we’ll tell you before it applies to a renewal.

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal, reachable from your StashDrawer settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your membership stays active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then your account returns to the free rules. Your existing Stashes remain accessible. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds are handled.

We work to keep StashDrawer running, but we can’t promise it will be available without interruption. Maintenance, outages and changes happen.

StashDrawer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. AI-assisted titles, categories and transcriptions are helpful but not guaranteed to be accurate, and shouldn’t be relied on as professional advice.

To the extent the law allows, QForma LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to StashDrawer is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using StashDrawer at any time and can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Where it’s reasonable to do so, we’ll tell you first.

We may update these terms as the product develops. We’ll change the date at the top, and meaningful changes will be highlighted where practical. Continuing to use StashDrawer means the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
